Awareness needs more than a yearly assignment.

Teams need repeated opportunities to learn, recognize suspicious messages, and act. Elba connects training, phishing practice, and reminders so you can run an ongoing program with a clear view of participation.

01

Make the content relevant.

Start with the training library, adapt existing material, or create organization-specific content. Choose the audience for each training and add the languages your employees need.

02

Practice with familiar situations.

Build phishing simulations around applications your team recognizes. Use available scenarios or prepare custom emails and landing pages, then choose a recurring program or focused campaign.

03

Know where to follow up.

Follow completion, quiz results, and phishing responses. Sam reminds employees with pending work, while configured manager updates help keep overdue training visible.

From visibility to action

Build the program. Keep it moving.

Bring learning, practice, and follow-up into a repeatable rhythm.

01

Choose the learning experience.

Select content, audiences, and delivery pace. Preview your training and phishing scenarios, and review any AI-generated or translated material before launch.

02

Reach employees where they work.

Deliver training through your configured email or chat experience. Run phishing campaigns through the authorized email provider for your enrolled audience.

03

Use the results to guide follow-up.

Review completion and simulation actions by employee, group, or campaign. Send a relevant training or reminder and export reporting for your internal review.

Make reporting part of the habit

Give employees a clear way to raise a concern.

The Report Phishing add-on lets employees report the message they are viewing in Gmail or Outlook. Elba connects reported simulations to campaign results and sends other reports to an admin inbox.

  • Track simulation clicks, submitted data, and reports.
  • Review non-simulation messages in the Email Reports inbox.
  • Create training from a prompt, with an optional PDF as source material.
  • Support English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, and Chinese.

A closer look

The questions that matter.

Can we use our own training and phishing content?

Yes. Customize training, create content, and edit phishing emails and landing pages. AI-assisted drafts and translations are available; an administrator reviews the content before publishing.

How do employees receive their training?

Communication Preferences support email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Chat. Employees use the employee experience or member portal. Email is the fallback when an employee cannot be matched to the selected chat channel.

Does reporting an email mean Elba has classified it as malicious?

No. A reported Elba simulation updates its campaign result. Other reported messages enter the admin inbox for your security team to investigate through its own response process.

Connected by design

One risk rarely lives alone.
